Continuing on my double-hook posts today with a blue\/yellow that came out ok, the arctic fox and templedog didn’t want to sit together as I wanted them to, but the color combination and the tinsel work is ok. The head was a bit too big – I should have worked with a thiner thread and gotten the arctic fox to sit better to avoid the buildup. But that is just the technical points, the overall feel is good for this one.<\/p>\n

The winter has really set in here in southern Norway with -7\/8C and more than enough snow, so these days it is all about getting to know new techniques and styles to build up for the season that still seems too far away.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
